Richmond Berks – Investing Bitcoins into Real Estate

Richmond Berks positions itself as a company dealing with the attraction of investments in the market of auctioned real estates. The company operates on US territory but has many representations and trades in almost every corner of the world.

Let us help you become financially independent. Read exclusive stories, bitcoin analysis and tutorials.
Auctions are the most profitable tool when working on the real estate market. Company brokers purchase profitable real estates and re-sell them on the secondary market, hence generating 70% of pure profit.
The company has a lot to brag about: Blockchain technologies, AI, and RichShare. Money transfers can be completed through a broad variety of payment platforms, including bitcoin.
Next, we will discuss everything in more detail.

Blockchain, AI, RichShare

The company mentions these words on almost every page of its websites and is genuinely proud of having so much functionality.
Blockchain is certainly what anyone working with cryptocurrencies wants as it guarantees security. This is praiseworthy; not every company can boast about this benefit.
AI (Artificial Intelligence) is a neural network that carries out a real-time analysis of the real estate market, calculates the prognosis of the future supply and demand, and self-educated, while all the choices are made by the broker (company).
RichShare is a program that allows everyone to become a shareholder in real estate auctions with a minimum entry threshold. The program uses BlockChain technologies which makes all the transactions made within the company secure.

The only way to stay ahead of competitors is to stop trying to be ahead. The company has created a “blue ocean” in the conservative real estate auction markets, which allows it to stop looking back at competitors. Their plans are ambitious:

Alternative Currency

The company’s main currency is the Richmond Berks Dollar (RBD), but there is also the Richmond Berks Bonus (RBB). Instead of floating uselessly on your account it brings you profit, just as the main currency. However, the percentage leaves much to be desired; you receive only 0.005% from the existing funds every day.
One can earn this currency in many ways; some are offered by the company itself and are relatively easily to acquire, while others require more effort. For example, you can receive 10 RBB when your recruit makes an investment. This is only a bonus, since your main reward for your recruit’s investment are real RBD, growing at a rate of 1.4% per day.

Investment Conditions

There is only one deposit rate and the conditions are as follows: the interest rate is floating, starting from 1% per day and higher (it is currently 1.4%), as is stated on the company website, and the rate of interest depends on the company’s capitalization level. The investment has no expiration date, meaning that your income is guaranteed for life – this is what clients find attractive. Not every company offers such conditions.

Partner Program

The company also offers a partner program and with appealing conditions. The 3-level system offers you rates of 10%, 5% and 3% depending on the partner level. There is also a great functional of returning to partners who have not yet made an investment – a so-called “Red Envelope”. A useful bonus.

Advantages and Disadvantages

  • Unstable interest rate
  • Weak interest rate through alternative currency
  • Termless investments
  • Cryptocurrency accepted
  • Secure transactions
  • Good partner program
  • “Smart” system

Richmond Berks is a serious company that offers you a chance to earn a good income. Even though bitcoins are growing stably, its growth can be accelerated by sensible investments. So if you want to earn a good income, don’t hesitate to create and open an account on the company website.

Richmond Berks Review – Legitimate Real Estate Investment Opportunity?

Richmond Berks is a real estate company that offers income opportunities to members interested in investing in the company.

What Is Richmond Berks?

Richmond Berks Scam

Richmond Berks was founded by John Richmond and Klint Berks, two real estate buyers who supposedly met at an auction in 2008 while bidding on the same property. After this initial rivalry, Richmond and Berks became allies and then friends, eventually founding their own company in 2016.
This company, Richmond Berks, allegedly purchases real estate at auction and then resells it on the secondary market in order to turn a profit. The revenue for these purchases comes from investors who then earn a daily return on investment of 1.4 percent.

The Product

There is no product that Richmond Berks sells. The only activity that takes place is investing into the Richmond Berks system, which involves investing cash in “Richmond Berks Dollars” (RBD), an internal currency.
Withdrawals of a member’s accrued interest are in US Dollars; Richmond Berks takes a 50 percent cut of this withdrawal. Otherwise, becoming a member of Richmond Berks is free of charge.

The Opportunity

Richmond Berks offers an affiliate program for members interested in maximizing their investments.
While there is no reward for sponsoring new members, Richmond Berks offers commissions on funds invested by those a member sponsors; direct recruits provide a 10% commission, while a second level provides an additional 5% commission rate. The affiliate system is only two levels deep.

While it may seem like Richmond Berks is an excellent opportunity to earn a guaranteed residual income based on investments and affiliate commissions, there are several problems with the system and the core company that needed to be brought to light.
The first issue is in the identity of the company’s founders,  John Richmond and Klint Berks. Neither of these individuals seems to exist outside the confines of the Richmond Berks website; not only that, but all the staff and executives listed on the Richmond Berks site do not seem to exist either.
Several names, all of which paired with profile pictures that seem to have been cropped from the far corners of the internet, appear to be completely fabricated.
This is a major red flag when it comes to any business – a company that provides false or misleading information about its founders and the team that manages everyday tasks behind the curtain is obviously hiding something.
It goes even deeper, as the Richmond Berks website is registered anonymously, providing even less information as to the company, who is operating it, and where it is based.
In fact, the Richmond Berks contact page lists several physical addresses around the world that purport to be global offices for the company.
The US-based address, listed in Salt Lake City, Utah, is an obviously vacant commercial storefront. The rest are all nameless office buildings with no discernible Richmond Berks signage.
This level of deception seems to strongly indicate that something is amiss here. It is unlikely that Richmond Berks is a legitimate real estate company, or a legitimate investment opportunity.

Instead, what is much more likely to be happening here is that the ROI investors are receiving is probably coming from funds invested by affiliates recruited under them.
This means that once recruitment dries up for Richmond Berks, the flow of money will stop – and suddenly, anyone who attempts to withdraw their investment from the company will find that there’s no money to withdraw.
This is, sadly, a typical scam, and one that is often encountered by credulous investors that think they are availing themselves of a legitimate earnings opportunity. However, there’s simply nothing to indicate that Richmond Berks is a real company.
While there may indeed be real people working behind the scenes, they don’t seem to match anyone that’s listed on the website as an employee or founder. In other words, good luck tracking down the people behind this scam once your investment goes missing.

Richmond Berks Review – Legit Business or Another Scam?

Welcome to my Richmond Berks Review!
With so many new MLM companies launching practically every day, it can be hard to know which ones are legit and which ones aren’t.
One of the best ways to ensure that you are making the right choice it to thoroughly research the company before joining.
In my review I will go over the company background, the products and the compensation plan.
So let’s get right to it!
Richmond Berks Review – The Company
Richmond Berks review
So the first piece of information I found was that Richmond Berks says they are an
international company that traces its history back to 2008.
Two young businessmen John Richmond and Klint Berks met at an auction, fighting over one and the same lot.
One year later together with two other brokers they founded a company that specialized in purchase of real estate at auctions and its further resale at the secondary market.
In 2016 due to the conflict of interests, Richmond and Berks sold their company shares and founded a new corporation – Richmond Berks.

This statement lines up with the registration of the Richmond Berks website on the 29th of September, 2016.
One thing I couldn’t find was any real information about John Richmond or Klint Berks before the launch of Richmond Berks.
There are no biographies for either men on the company website and the website domain was anonymously registered.
Richmond Berks Reviews – The Products
Richmond Berks does not offer any retail products or services.
Affiliates who sign up for Richmond Berks can only market and sell the affiliate membership.
The Richmond Berks Compensation Plan
Affiliates who want to participate in the Richmond Berks compensation plan must invest money in something called “Richmond Berks Dollars” (RBD).
It is an internal currency that is used by this company and holds no value outside of the company.
Richmond Berks offers 1.4% daily ROI on these RBD points with RBD points (0.7% on weekends).
Affiliates who want to make withdrawals can do so in USD, however Richmond Berks keeps 50% of each withdrawal request.
There are also rewards that affiliates can earn with this company by completing certain activities.
The Richmond Berks Bonus points come with a daily 0.05% ROI, which work the same as RBD points.
Money that is invested by down-line affiliates come with referral commissions that are paid out down 2 levels of recruitment through a uni-level structure:
·         Level 1 (Personally sponsored members) – 10%
·         Level 2 – 5%
Cost To Join Richmond Berks
The cost to join Richmond Berks as an affiliate is free, but in order to participate in the compensation plan, affiliates are required to invest in Richmond Berks Dollars.
The moment you have been waiting for in this Richmond Berks review…
Verdict On Richmond Berks
On the Richmond Berks website, they claim they make money by flipping real estate.
The problem is I can’t find ANY information on the owners other than the name and even the domain registration was set to private…
They claim they have employees on their website and shows a list, but I can't confirm that.
The only thing I see here to produce ROI’s is newly sponsored members paying off existing members…
Unless they can PROVE external income sources funding those ROI’s…
Anyway, I hope you enjoyed my Richmond Berks review and if you have any questions leave them in the comments below…

Richmond Berks Investment Opportunity Program/Review

Have you been hearing a lot about Richmond Berks lately?

There is a lot of hype happening for Richmond Berks, and people are pitching the opportunity all over the place – especially on social media.
The first thing I should tell you is that I am not associated with Richmond Berks in any way.
I have gathered all the pertinent facts about this opportunity in my Richmond Berks Review so that you can know the full truth before signing up.
Is Richmond Berks a scam? Or is it really legit?
Will I be able to make real money with it?
I tell you all in my Review of Richmond Berks.
Let’s get going!
What Is Richmond Berks Exactly?
Richmond Berks has been making quite a fuss in the MLM world as of late, and with that being the case, I decided that now would be a better time than ever to conduct my full, in-depth review of the company.
The company was supposedly founded back in 2008 by John Richmond and Klint Berks, and according to the company’s website, these two men made acquaintances with one another at an auction that they were attending.
The rest of the story is as follows –
“One year later together with two other brokers they founded a company that specialized in purchase of real estate at auctions and its further resale at the secondary market. In 2016 due to conflict of interests, Richmond and Berks sold their shares and founded a new corporation – Richmond Berks.”
This story falls right into place with the domain name registration for the Richmond Berks website that took place on September 29th of this year (2016), but unfortunately, that’s about where the coherent story-telling stops.
Prior to the launch of Richmond Berks that took place a few months ago, there isn’t any other information about John Richmond or Klint Berks anywhere online. The Richmond Berks website was registered under a private state, and there aren’t any detailed bios for either of the company’s two founders to be located anywhere at all on the website either.
All of this creates for a rather fishy situation, and the lack of any sort of info on either of these two men raises the question as to whether or not they actually exist. It isn’t uncommon for MLM underbelly scams to make up individuals and use them for marketing, and from the looks of things, that very well could be what’s taking place here.
Richmond Berks Scam
What Will I Be Selling With Richmond Berks?
Switching over to the product line side of things, the bad news keeps on coming.
Richmond Berks is yet another MLM opportunity in which there isn’t any sort of product line to speak of, and this results in a situation in which affiliates for the company have nothing more than the affiliate membership to market and sell to interested parties.
Along with this, it also means that retail ales aren’t taking place at all. Retail sales often serve as the primary source of income for any honest opportunity in the MLM world, so they lack of them here certainly is very troubling.
What Should I Know About The Compensation Plan For Richmond Berks?
As for the compensation plan that Richmond Berks is advertising, affiliates are tasked with investing their cash into things called “Richmond Berks Dollars” – or RBD for short.
Richmond Berk Dollars are used by affiliates within the Richmond Berks system, but outside of said system, RBD hold no real world value whatsoever.
The company markets that they can pay a daily ROI of 1.4% on Richmond Berk Dollar points thanks to additional RBD points.
All withdrawals that take place within the company are made out in USD, but the kicker here is that Richmond Berks keeps hold of 50% of any all withdrawal requests that are made. So, if you want to withdraw $100 that you’ve earned within the company, you’re actually only going to be able to get your hand son $50.
In addition to all of this, affiliates are also given the opportunity to earn even more RBD points by participating in “certain activities.”
Referral commissions are also present here, and these are paid out through the use of a unilevel payment system. Level 1 affiliates results in a 10% commission, and level 2 pays out 5%.
What’s The Membership Fee For Richmond Berks?
Interested in becoming an affiliate for Richmond Berks? You can choose to join the company as an affiliate for free, but you’ll need to hand over real money for the Richmond Berks Dollars that I previously outlined if you’d like to participate in the MLM opportunity that’s being offered here.
Is Richmond Berks Really A Scam?
If you’re like me, you’ve been researching Richmond Berks and you may have heard that it is a total scam.
From what you have read above, you may not be able to tell if it is legit or not.
So, is it really a scam?
Is Richmond Berks a scam, or can you trust the company?
I would say Richmond Berks isn’t a complete scam, but there are definitely some things you should be cautious of – check out the conclusion to find out what those are.
Being prepared will help you be successful. Also, see below to get my tips for making money.

I sure hope you have found all the information in this Richmond Berks Review helpful.
Some reviews may be biased or trying to sell you something else, so I wanted you to have all the details from someone not affiliated with Richmond Berks.
If you decided to move forward with Richmond Berks, you’ll still need help marketing yourself.

1 TBC is Over N1,000,000 in value but... See inside

If you read this article till the end, doors to extra N100,000 weekly would have been opened to you.
There are many avenues to making some big bucks online without sweating.
One of such is the dealing in Cryptocurrency.
Cryptocurrency is the online currency used for exchange.
BITCOIN is the most popular at the moment and we all know that 1 bitcoin is worth over $1000
There is one of such cryptocurrency known as THE BILLION COIN (TBC) It has, even more, value than BITCOIN

1TBC at the moment is worth over  3BITCOINS. Over $3500 That's over N1,000,000 source(

The truth of the matter now is that there are people who have bought TBC when it was still worth like just $1 (N320) and they have it in so much Abundance. And TBC is not yet widely acceptable universally like bitcoin. Just a few businesses accept it at the moment. This will change as time goes on.
Those who have TBC in abundance, some are impatient to sell some of them off. Maybe because of financial blah blah Despite the fact that 1TBC is worth over  N1,000,000, I was able to get for as cheap as N6,500 only.

Most people do not know the value of what they have because it's plenty. They dispose of it cheaply because they are not good risk takers.
